A new group for owners of hardwood forests, working together to get woodland work done and secure better value from contractors.
The owners of hardwood forests have reported that it is difficult to get work done on their forests.
It is proposed to form a group to assess the needs of hardwood growers and to form a buyers group, so that we will be more attractive to forestry contractors and will benefit from economies of scale.
